不锈钢伸缩门保养技巧
Maintenance skills of stainless steel expansion door
1.检查伸缩门上下行程开关，开关滑轨加润滑油;
1. Check the up and down travel switch of the expansion door, and add lubricating oil to the switch slide;
2.检查电动刹车手动开关和手动起闸装置;
2. Check the electric brake manual switch and manual brake opening device;
3.手动控制伸缩门，检查运行情况，并调整上下行程开关位置，令伸缩门开启或关闭处于适当的位置，测试过程严防伸缩门冲顶或冲底;
3. Manually control the expansion door, check the operation, and adjust the up and down travel switch position to make the opening or closing of the expansion door in a proper position, and strictly prevent the expansion door from punching the top or bottom during the test process;
4.伸缩门附近的烟/温感检查电动伸缩门功能，消防中心监控员在联动台上测试伸缩门功能。
4. Check the function of the electric expansion door for smoke / temperature sensing near the expansion door, and the fire control center monitor will test the function of the expansion door on the linkage platform.
按保养计划进行系统保养，并记录在设备日常保养表中;
Carry out system maintenance according to the maintenance plan, and record it in the equipment daily maintenance form;
5.清除伸缩门电机及传动链条表面灰尘，并加润滑油;
5. Remove the dust on the surface of expansion door motor and transmission chain, and add lubricating oil;
6.检查控制箱内器件，紧固接线端子，清洁箱内及表面灰尘;
6. Check the components in the control box, fasten the terminals, and clean the dust in the box and on the surface;
7.检查手动开关控制盒，清洁按钮上的污物;
7. Check the manual switch control box and clean the dirt on the button;
