EMG electric door debugging method
1,首先删除出先前设定的限位,方法如下:
1, first remove the previously set limits.
先按下Learn (LT)按扭,在把S1拨扭开关移至Learn位置。大约过十秒就地指示灯(开、关两只指示灯)开始闪亮。这表示执行前一进入调试状态。大约在过20秒两指示灯熄灭,这表示正在删除先前设定限位。大约在过35秒,便可松开Learn (LT)按扭,两指示灯回重新闪亮,此时先前设定已被删除,并且此时执行器进入了Learn(调试)状态。
First press the Learn (LT) button to move the S1 toggle switch to Learn position. About 10 seconds on the spot indicator (turn on and off two lights) starts to shine. This means that the debug state is before the execution. In about 20 seconds, the two indicator light goes out, which means that the previous setting limit is being deleted. In about 35 seconds, the Learn (LT) button is released and the two lights flash back, when the previous settings have been deleted and the executor is in the Learn (debug) state.
2,行程开、关设定,方法如下:
2, the setting and setting of the trip are as follows:
A,     设定关限位:把S2拨到CLOSE,执行器电动到全关位置。(注:执行器随时可以通过把S2拨到STOP位置使其停止)然后,把S2按扭拨回STOP位置,在按下Learn功能键同时,再次把S2拨到CLOSE位置,此时CLOSE由闪烁变常亮。说明关限位行程已设置完毕。
A, set the limit: Dial S2 to CLOSE and actuate the motor to the full position. (Note: Actuators can stop S2 by dialing it to STOP at any time.) Then, press S2 and redirect it back to STOP. At the same time, press the Learn function key, redirect S2 to the CLOSE position. At this time, the CLOSE brightens up from flickering. Indicates that the limit stroke has been set.
B,   设定开限位:把S2拨到OPEN,执行器电动到全关位置。(注:执行器随时可以通过把S2拨到STOP位置使其停止)然后,把S2按扭拨回STOP位置,在按下Learn功能键同时,再次把S2拨到OPEN位置,此时OPEN由闪烁变常亮。说明开限位行程已设置完毕。
B, set the opening limit: Dial S2 to OPEN and actuate the motor to the full position. (Note: Actuator can stop it by dialing S2 to STOP position at any time.) Then, press S2 and twist back to STOP position, while pressing the Learn function key, redirect S2 to OPEN position, at this time OPEN becomes brighter from flickering. The opening and limiting stroke has been set.
注:1)当执行器离开设定终端位置时,开关指示灯又会闪烁。只有两个终端位置都设置完毕,并退出Learn状态。指示灯才能在两个终端位置正常指示。
Note: 1) when the actuator leaves the set terminal position, the switch indicator lights will flicker. Only two terminal locations are set and quit the Learn state. The indicator can be properly indicated at the two terminal position.
2)在设定某一终端行程限位时,当故障报警灯(红灯)长亮时,说明已超出机械限位极限或超出执行器力矩范围。此时执行器回调,直到故障灯熄灭。
2) When the fault alarm lamp (red light) is on for a long time when a terminal travel limit is set, it indicates that it has exceeded the limit of mechanical limit or the range of actuator torque. At this point, the executor is callback until the fault lights go out.
3)当执行器的两个终端位置设定完毕后需更改某一限位设置时,可以按上述调试方法,只需重新设置需要更改的某一限位即可,无需对两个限位同时进行设置。

4)调试之前把S1.4,S1.5拨到OFF,S2.7拨到ON。

3,力矩设定,方法如下:

若在调试过程之中在开的过程之中,出现报警灯(红灯)长亮时,如果不是挡板内部卡住,此时便需把力矩改大(注:最大不能超过95%)。可通过对组合传感器中的R9,R10进行调整。其中R9代表关向力矩值,R10代表开向力矩值。
If the alarm lamp (red light) is on during the commissioning process, if it is not stuck inside the baffle, the torque must be increased (note: the maximum can not exceed 95%). The R9 and R10 of the combined sensor can be adjusted. The R9 represents the closing moment value and R10 represents the open torque value.
4,执行机构开、关指示与挡板实际开、关相反时限位设定,方法如下:
4, the opposite setting of the opening and closing instructions of the actuator and the actual opening and closing of the baffle are as follows:
   打开执行机构的就地操作盖,把S3.8拨向ON即可。但此时若出现红灯报警,可继续调试,当进入调试状态时,报警就会消失了。便可按上述方法调试。
Open the operation lid of the actuating mechanism and dial the S3.8 to ON. But if there is a red light alarm at this time, can continue to debug, when entering the debugging state, the alarm will disappear. It can be debugged according to the above method.
5,执行机构接线端子如下:

1)开关型:开指令:4、20,关指令:3、20,开反馈:5、9,关反馈:5,7,
1) switch mode: open instruction: 4, 20, turn off instruction: 3, 20, open feedback: 5, 9, close feedback: 5, 7.
故障:5、10,1、21短接。
Fault: 5, 10, 1, 21 short.
2)调节型:指令:22、24,阀位反馈:23、24,开反馈:5、9,关反馈:5,7,
2) Regulation: Instructions: 22, 24, valve position feedback: 23, 24, open feedback: 5, 9, close feedback: 5, 7.
          故障:5、10,1、21短接,2,20短接。
Fault: 5, 10, 1, 21 short, 2, 20 short.
3)此接线端子中开、关反馈,故障中的三根公共端都接到5上,切记不要把三根正端接到一起。
3) Feedback of switching on and off in this terminal. All three common terminals in the fault are connected to 5. Remember not to connect the three positive terminals together.
注:调节型调试方法同开关型。
Note: the adjusting method is the same as switch mode.
